  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss gently to coat.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket (cook in batches if necessary).
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until shrimp are golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve on a platter garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
