Instructions

- In another bowl, beat the egg with milk until smooth. Gradually mix into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
