Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed Honeycrisp apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and brown sugar until smooth.
- Combine the prepared apples, sliced celery, halved grapes, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries in the bowl with the dressing. Stir gently to coat everything evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
