  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Bring water to a boil in a pot, gently add the eggs, and cook for 7-8 minutes. Cool under cold water, peel, and slice in half.
