Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Finely chop the red onion and herbs.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the avocado, cherry tomatoes, onion, and herbs.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if desired.
  6. Gently fold in the quartered eggs to avoid mashing the avocado too much. Chill for about 10 minutes or serve immediately.
