- 1 tbsp milk (optional)

- ½ cup hot water (not boiling)

Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden brown. Slice the avocado and fan it over the toast, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk and salt until combined. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mixture, stirring gently until soft and creamy. Season with pepper before removing from heat.
- Whisk matcha powder with hot water until frothy. Fill a glass with ice, pour in cold milk, then add whisked matcha on top.
- Serve the avocado toast alongside the fluffy scrambled eggs and enjoy your iced matcha for a balanced start to your day.
