Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; then stir in the diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow fritters to cool slightly before drizzling with a glaze made from powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
