Instructions

- Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; avoid over-mixing.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 425°F for 8 minutes; then lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 50-60 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
