Ingredients
- 4 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or whipped topping)
- Optional: Additional fruit and chopped nuts for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer sliced bananas at the bottom of the dish, followed by crushed pineapple and sliced strawberries.
- Evenly sprinkle dry cake mix over the fruit layers.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
- Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving and top with whipped cream and extra fruit as desired.
