- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
- Fresh lime wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning over the salmon fillets.
- Place the seasoned salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until flaky.
- While the salmon bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Remove salmon from the oven and drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
