  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice

  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning over the salmon fillets.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until flaky.
  4. While the salmon bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice in a separate bowl.
