Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin or chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika; sear until golden (3-4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add garlic butter; let melt.
- Add beef broth and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes before stirring in heavy cream.
- Gradually add Velveeta, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Stir in cooked pasta, then fold in seared beef. Warm together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
