  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika; sear until golden (3-4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add garlic butter; let melt.
  4. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes before stirring in heavy cream.
  5. Gradually add Velveeta, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Stir in cooked pasta, then fold in seared beef. Warm together for another 2-3 minutes.
