- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Increase heat to medium-high, add beef cubes, and brown on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle curry powder, ground cumin, turmeric, and chili flakes over the beef; stir to coat evenly.
- Pour in coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for at least one hour until the beef is tender.
