  • 400 g white chocolate
  • 100 g Biscoff spread
  • 130 g Biscoff biscuits
  • Optional: 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8" x 8" tray with baking paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl; mix in sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and optional salt until smooth.
  3. Crush most of the Biscoff biscuits and fold into the mixture.
  4. Pour fudge mixture into the tray, smoothing it out evenly. Top with reserved crushed biscuits and press gently.
