Ingredients
- 397 g sweetened condensed milk
- 400 g white chocolate
- 100 g Biscoff spread
- 130 g Biscoff biscuits
- Optional: 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Line an 8" x 8" tray with baking paper.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl; mix in sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and optional salt until smooth.
- Crush most of the Biscoff biscuits and fold into the mixture.
- Pour fudge mixture into the tray, smoothing it out evenly. Top with reserved crushed biscuits and press gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
