Instructions
- Grind freeze-dried blueberries into a fine powder using a blender.
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, blueberry powder, and optional seeds.
- In another bowl, whisk together applesauce, softened cream cheese, and honey until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Fold in thawed frozen blueberries gently.
- Adjust consistency with milk if too dry.
- Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on parchment paper.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing softened cream cheese, milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Chill bites for at least 30 minutes before drizzling with glaze and garnishing with fresh blueberries.
