  • 2 Tablespoons cake flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Cream together unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until combined. Chill the dough for one hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
