- 1 cup milk chocolate chips

- ½ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil, and water until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in milk chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 85 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
