Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Bake the Devil’s Food chocolate cake according to package instructions.
- Once baked, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes throughout the warm cake.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, followed by drizzling caramel sauce on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Spread Cool Whip over the chilled cake and sprinkle chopped Heath bars on top before serving.
