  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  2. Lower heat to medium-low and add butter and olive oil, stirring until melted.
  3. Mix in buffalo sauce, celery seed, and fresh pepper to taste. Stir well before adding sliced celery.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf, topping with blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing.
  5. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
