- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Gradually add the eggs, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until combined.
- Sift in the flour and fold gently to combine.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and tap lightly to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden on top but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
