- 1–2 tablespoons milk (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until just incorporated.
- Add milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach a piping consistency.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe small circles onto the prepared baking sheet. Chill for 20-30 minutes.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
