- 7 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup salted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 18 fun size Butterfinger candy bars (15 crushed and 3 chopped for garnish)
- 1¼ cup powdered sugar (sifted)
Instructions
- In an extra-large mixing bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and salted butter on high for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
- Mix in the pure vanilla extract until well combined.
- Drizzle the mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Fold in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars.
- Transfer to a ziplock bag with powdered sugar; shake until coated evenly.
- Spread on a baking sheet to dry, then sprinkle with chopped candy bars before serving.
