For the Turkey and Cheese Filling
16 slices deli turkey (roasted or smoked)
8 slices Havarti cheese

For the Croissant Base
4 large croissants, sliced in half horizontally
4 teaspoons apricot jelly or jam
4 teaspoons honey mustard

For the Toppers
2 tablespoons melted garlic butter
1/2 cup (118 ml) microgreens
Everything bagel seasoning, to taste
Drizzle of honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice each croissant in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon of apricot jelly on each bottom half.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon of honey mustard over the jelly layer.
  • Layer 4 slices of deli turkey onto each croissant.
  • Top each with 2 slices of Havarti cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the croissants over the filling.
  • Brush the tops generously with melted garlic butter.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are warm and lightly crisp on the outside.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Top with microgreens and finish with a light drizzle of honey before serving.
