Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash the pears and cut them in half lengthwise, removing the core.
- Place the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Dot with unsalted butter and drizzle with honey.
- Pour balsamic vinegar over the pears for added flavor.
- Roast for about 25 minutes or until tender and caramelized, basting occasionally with the juices.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
