- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
- 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring salted water to a boil, add bowtie pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the steak: In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add seasoned steak tips and sear until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Make the cheese sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella until smooth.
- Combine everything: Add cooked pasta to the skillet with steak tips; pour in the cheese sauce mixture and stir until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
