Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned steak tips for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and combine heavy cream, milk, and cream cheese. Gradually add Parmesan and mozzarella until smooth.
- Combine the cooked rotini and steak tips with the cheese sauce, tossing gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
