  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Melt the salted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add the vegan marshmallows and stir until fully melted, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the dry cake mix until fully combined.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal with the melted mixture; add half of the rainbow sprinkles and mix until well-coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish using a spatula sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining sprinkles and let set.
