- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- 10 oz bag of vegan marshmallows
- 6 tbsp salted butter
- ⅔ cup dry cake mix (Funfetti, yellow, or white)
- Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the salted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add the vegan marshmallows and stir until fully melted, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the dry cake mix until fully combined.
- In a large bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal with the melted mixture; add half of the rainbow sprinkles and mix until well-coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish using a spatula sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining sprinkles and let set.
