Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers (about 12–14 full crackers)
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold this whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom. Spread half of the apple pie filling over them. Pour half of the cream mixture on top. Repeat these layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld together. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.
