Ingredients

  • 10 oz chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cashews (approximately 2 small spoonfuls per cluster)
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by laying out parchment paper.
  2. Form small piles of cashews on the parchment paper, leaving space between each pile.
  3. Unwrap the caramels and place them in a microwave-safe bowl with heavy cream. Microwave in 15-second intervals until melted, stirring often.
  4. Spoon the melted caramel over each pile of cashews.
  5. Melt the chocolate wafers in a separate bowl using the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over each cluster to cover them completely.
  7. If desired, sprinkle sea salt on top for added flavor.
  8. Allow clusters to cool and harden for about an hour before enjoying.
