Ingredients
- 11 oz caramels
- 10 oz chocolate melting wafers
- 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cashews (approximately 2 small spoonfuls per cluster)
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by laying out parchment paper.
- Form small piles of cashews on the parchment paper, leaving space between each pile.
- Unwrap the caramels and place them in a microwave-safe bowl with heavy cream. Microwave in 15-second intervals until melted, stirring often.
- Spoon the melted caramel over each pile of cashews.
- Melt the chocolate wafers in a separate bowl using the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over each cluster to cover them completely.
- If desired, sprinkle sea salt on top for added flavor.
- Allow clusters to cool and harden for about an hour before enjoying.
