  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced
  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onions and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the corn kernels to the skillet and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gently stir in the cooled vegetable mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
