Ingredients
- 1 lb cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the beef with Cajun seasoning and black pepper.
- Sear the beef in a skillet with olive oil until browned. Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and cheeses until smooth.
- Toss cooked tortellini into the sauce until fully coated. Return beef to skillet, heat through.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
