Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced chicken in olive oil until golden brown; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add heavy cream and whisk until heated through. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine cooked fettuccine with sauce, followed by chicken and broccoli. Toss gently to coat.
