Instructions
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked; cool and slice.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine, bell pepper, carrot, and green onions.
- Add cashews for crunch.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl; season to taste.
- Pour dressing over the salad; toss to coat.
- Fold in sliced chicken and sprinkle chow mein noodles on top before serving.
