- 175 grams butter
- 90 grams caster sugar
- 150 grams flour
- 50 grams cornflour
- Zest of 1 orange
- 75 grams chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the flour, cornflour, and orange zest; mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1 cm thick and cut into desired shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks.
