Instructions
- Toast the pecans in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant and golden.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar until combined.
- Allow the mixture to gently boil for about 2-3 minutes without stirring to achieve caramel flavor.
- Remove from heat and stir in the toasted pecans. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper to cool.
- Once cooled, drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel sauce if desired.
