Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers for garnish
Instructions
- For the crust: Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor. Mix with melted butter and sugar; press firmly into a springform pan.
- For the filling: Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla; blend well. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble: Pour filling over crust; spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least four hours until set.
- Serve: Remove from the pan and top with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
