Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add milk and vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients without overmixing.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top, then layer with remaining batter and sprinkle again.
- Use a knife to swirl for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
