- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 and 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 4 bananas)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for the cinnamon swirl)
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for the cinnamon swirl)
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar (for the cinnamon swirl)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (for the cinnamon swirl)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar; whisk in eggs and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour and baking soda until just combined, then fold in mashed bananas.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients until well combined.
- Layer half the batter into the prepared pan, dollop with half the cinnamon mixture, and create swirls with a knife. Repeat with remaining batter and swirl mixture.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until golden brown; check doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
