- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed (for streusel)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces (for streusel)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for streusel)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; mix gently until just combined.
- For the streusel topping, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon in a small bowl and add cold butter; combine until crumbly.
- Spoon muffin batter into prepared tin and sprinkle streusel topping over each muffin.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; cool before serving.
