Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all base ingredients: cottage cheese, almond flour, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- If desired, fold in dark chocolate chips and/or chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
