  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 36 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 sheets frozen filo pastry (thawed)
  • 50 g butter (melted)
  • 250 g brie cheese (cut into long slices)
  • 275 g cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Place thawed filo sheets on a flat surface, divide them into three lengthwise sections, then cut each section in half widthwise to create 36 squares.
  3. Take one pastry square, covering the remaining sheets with a damp towel. Brush lightly with melted butter.
  4. At one end of the square, place a slice of brie, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce and 1 teaspoon of almond flakes. Roll tightly and pinch both ends to form cracker shapes; repeat until all squares are filled.
  5. Place crackers on prepared trays, brush with any remaining melted butter, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
