Ingredients
- 6 sheets frozen filo pastry (thawed)
- 50 g butter (melted)
- 250 g brie cheese (cut into long slices)
- 275 g cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup flaked almonds
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
- Place thawed filo sheets on a flat surface, divide them into three lengthwise sections, then cut each section in half widthwise to create 36 squares.
- Take one pastry square, covering the remaining sheets with a damp towel. Brush lightly with melted butter.
- At one end of the square, place a slice of brie, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce and 1 teaspoon of almond flakes. Roll tightly and pinch both ends to form cracker shapes; repeat until all squares are filled.
- Place crackers on prepared trays, brush with any remaining melted butter, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
