  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté the onion until translucent. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and tomato puree; add heavy cream and seasonings. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Prepare the garlic sauce by mixing mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  5. Serve the butter chicken with fries and warm naan.
