Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- Italian seasoning and dried basil (for seasoning)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté the sliced chicken in oil over medium heat until golden brown; remove and set aside.
- Add chicken broth to the pot and bring to a simmer; stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Return the chicken to the pot and mix in cooked spaghetti until well coated with sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
