Ingredients
- Fettuccine noodles
- Olive oil
- Grilled chicken breast strips
- Fresh broccoli florets
- Heavy cream
- Garlic
- Butter
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine noodles and cook until al dente. In the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, add the fresh broccoli florets. Drain both in a colander and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Combine the drained pasta and broccoli with the sauce in the skillet, tossing gently to mix well. Top with sliced grilled chicken breast strips and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.
