Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh spinach
- Broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the remaining butter.
- Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir the cooked chicken into the garlic butter sauce, then add spinach and broccoli.
- Mix well until all ingredients are coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot over pasta or rice as desired.
