Instructions
- In a skillet, heat butter or olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breast pieces and sear until golden brown on both sides.
- Stir in mixed herbs, chicken stock, and cream (or coconut milk). Season to taste with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. Simmer until thickened.
- While the chicken cooks, boil water in a pot and add rice according to package instructions; cook until fluffy.
- Steam sliced carrots and green peas until tender; toss with butter and season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve the creamy chicken alongside fluffy rice and glazed carrots.
