  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare white rice following package instructions; keep warm.
  2. Steam broccoli florets for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp; set aside.
  3. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly golden; remove from the skillet.
