Ingredients
- 2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt/Pepper
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add melted butter; then stir in cream of chicken soup and milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Mix in sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning until well combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each piece. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to meld flavors.
