Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in diced onion and cook until softened; add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika (if using), and red pepper flakes for one minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil; reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
