Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Dip each cod fillet into beaten eggs to coat thoroughly, allowing excess egg to drip off. Then transfer to the breadcrumb mixture and press to ensure an even coating.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray and arrange the coated cod fillets in a single layer. Spray the tops of the fillets with more cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway for even crispiness.
- Carefully remove with tongs and serve hot alongside your favorite sides.
