Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush each flatbread generously with olive oil. Evenly arrange the sliced brie on top.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries and toasted almonds over the brie. Add thyme leaves if desired.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are crispy.
- Drizzle with honey and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper before slicing into pieces.
